Limitless Flow + Restore Aerial Yoga is an all levels aerial yoga class designed to help you restore energy levels, healthy range of motion, release excess tension, and feel all around supported in mind, body, and spirit. 

 We will utilize the fabric for myofascial release techniques, traditional asana (postures), breath practices, and meditative techniques to help you connect more with your self and restore your natural energetic balance.
