Join us in a yoga influenced class dedicated to hand balances and handstand training. We will learn how to utilize our breath and concentration to explore a variety of hand and forearm balances with a strong focus on wrist, elbow, and shoulder stability, deep core, hip strength, and taking flight!
Bring water, a good attitude, and a willingness to explore your balance and the world from a new perspective!
