there is limitless space available, stay as long as you like please,
make your way to the floor by 7 a.m. to clear space for the paid session.
Curated guided meditations begin at 7 a. m.

Meditation practices help us learn how to change our brainwaves while alert, helping with any nervous system dysregulation and dysfunction. Join us to slowly unwind and reset before you begin your day.
Genesis will be chanting this season's mantra:
Om shreem maha Lakshmiyei namaha
(Sanksrit: ॐ श्रीं महा लक्ष्म्यै नमः)
A mantra that calls upon the Hindu goddess of wealth, Lakshmi, to grant both worldly and spiritual prosperity. The meaning of this mantra is “my salutations or adoration to the great Lakshmi”.
Please note you can leave early if you've been working with trauma, are new to meditation, only have a short bit to pop in, etc! Meditation practices can be pretty intense. We recommend trying 15-20 minutes of class your first few times if you're new to meditation.
Unlimited space. Please drop in anytime between 6 a.m. - 8 a.m.
The teacher will not always be in the room.
Space is always available, you're welcome to drop in and find any comfortable position.
