Limitless Aerial Conditioning focuses on Strength and Aerial Fundamentals for Circus arts or just healthy living.  It is a ground and air circuit training-styled class designed to help you develop healthy biomechanics while increasing active flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and overall body awareness. 

It is perfect for BRAND NEW beginners with zero fitness backgrounds up to lifestyle athletes and professional aerialists. We will give options for your level and you'll work at your own pace with the exercises.  

There is a HEAVY emphasis on injury prevention and corrective exercise to keep you safe as your strength progresses! 

*This class is specifically geared,  but not limited,  to prepare your foundational strength for an sustainable aerial practice for those interested in circus arts or our Limitless Flight - Aerial Yoga classes.*

Please pre-register. A teacher will not be present if no one is signed up in advance. You may drop in if miss the registration window and you see space is available!
