Online Flex and Balance is a yoga class designed to cross-train safe flexibility and hand balancing practice to help create strong, healthy range of motion, balanced muscle activation, and stability required for arm balancing. 

This class is geared to helping you move comfortably and safely through your range of motion while building trust and confidence in yourself. 

Please pre-register for class. If no one is registered, the teacher is not guaranteed to be present.
