This unique class combines traditional yoga poses with the use of a hammock to challenge your balance, strength, and flexibility in a whole new way.

Not only is our Strengthen and Flow Aerial Yoga a fun and challenging mind-body fitness modality, but it also provides a unique opportunity to decompress and let go of stress to get a great start to your day. As you float in the hammock, you'll feel weightless and free, allowing you to focus on your breath and clear your mind.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner looking to try something new, our Slow Flow Aerial Yoga class is the perfect addition to your fitness routine. No aerial or yoga experience is necessary, just an open mind and willingness to try different things!

**Register by 10 pm the night before.  If the class has registrations it will stay on the schedule and you can drop in.  
**If no one registers by 10 pm it will be removed and a teacher will not be present.
