L2-3 Aerial Sling/Hammock class will go over more advanced sequences, drops, and overall technique.
Students must be able to be in the air for several minutes at a time and have their:
- Thigh hitch
- Seated Star Drop
- Star 360 Drop
- Box Knee Drop
- Slack drops
