Make your dreams come try and explore supported flight with our Community Aerial Yoga classes!

Enjoy an approachable all-level yoga flow with the support and luscious benefits of the aerial hammock in our donation-based class led by our Limitless Aerial Yoga Teacher Training graduates. 

No experience is necessary and our teachers will help you learn how to feel empowered, connect with your playful side, and feel confident in the aerial hammock while giving you options to grow into your yoga practice. 

Since our newly graduated Limitless Aerial Yoga Teachers are teaching these classes, please help them with by asking questions, offering helpful feedback, and some overall support as they step into their new wings. 

Pre-registration is required with this pay-what-you-can donation class. $5-15 suggestion.

Important Notice: For your safety and the integrity of our equipment, we kindly request participants to refrain from wearing jewelry, clothing with sharp/ protruding accessories (zippers, Velcro, buckles, studs, sharp embellishments), or any other items that could snag on the fabric.
