Online Breathwork and Meditation is a Stress Relief class dedicated to meditation focused around your breath work/pranayama to help you work with your nervous system and manage stress and energy levels throughout your day.
You will be guided through gentle movements to prepared your body for a sitting or laying meditaion and breathing practices focused on strengthening and relaxing the nervous system.
