Limitless Core Fitness is a circuit training class designed to help you increase strength, endurance, body awareness, and the foundations for a fit, functional, and healthy body and mind. It is perfect for brand new non-conditioned beginners up to lifestyle athletes and professional aerialists.
*This class is specifically geared, but not limited, to helping prepare your foundational strength for an aerial practice for those interested in our diverse in person offerings along with our Limitless Flight - Aerial Yoga classes.*
