Online Yin/Restorative Yoga and Reiki is designed to help restore the nervous system and promote healing.
Students will practice yin and restorative postures to target the facial tension and emotional tension stored in the body. Postures are practiced with mindful breathing for 1-5 minutes both with and without the use of props and support mechanisms.
The teacher will offer reiki support to further help your nervous system relax and move into a restorative state to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, unresolved emotions, and promote overall wellness, health, and a positive sense of self.
