Online Yoga Therapy is a class geared toward tailoring each class to our students and needs for the day. Work with a highly experienced practitioner who will help you feel empowered, encouraged, and embodied through your practice.
We will explore intuitive and guided yoga flow, pranayama or breath practices, kriyas or cleanses, and meditation to help you optimize your energy levels and efforts mentally, physically, and spiritually regardless of any injuries, conditions, or needs.
This is a great class to learn more about how to work with your energy levels, decrease pain and anxiety levels, improve your mental health, boost your balance, reconnect with your body, manage stress loads, and feel embodied and authentic in yourself.
Props like a yoga block, bolster (big pillow), chair, and blanket are encouraged to help make practices more dynamic and accessible.
