Yoga Nidra - Meditative Sleep is perfect for anyone seeking stress reduction as it is considered "yogic sleep" with a half hour being approximately as restorative on your body as 3 hours of true sleep. 

You will be guided into a relaxed state of mind to train your brain how to get out of high beta brainwaves and into theta and delta brainwaves, decrease stress and anxiety, improve heart rate variability (a measure of the health of your nervous system function), and improve overall well-being. 

All you need is a comfortable place to lay down and relax.
