*Auto-Renewal Policy:
By purchasing an auto-renewal package you agree to have your class package renewed automatically upon expiration or when all visits have been used, which will be charged to the credit card on file. No contract is necessary, however, the desire to cancel auto-renewal plans must provide written notice no less than 30 business days prior to the start of your next renewal date (includes monthly unlimited class packages). Cancellation of auto-renewal prior to your first renewal will require that the amount discounted be paid upon cancellation and will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
Class/Series/Package Purchase Policies:
All sales are final. Contracts may be transferred. Unlimited contracts may not be shared.
Terms/Conditions:
An electronic signature through confirmation is required on all 6 and 12-month contracts; must have a valid credit card on file and must agree to monthly automatic payments for memberships and any fees that may apply (i.e. no-show); if your card is declined, you will be charged a $25 fee; we do not allow early termination of contracts, but we will allow transference; members are allowed to suspend their membership for a fee of $25 for a maximum of 30 days; memberships are subject to change/cancellation by Live Beyond Limit at any time. Please note Live Beyond Limit reserves the right to cancel classes or adjus the schedule for major holidays, special events, weather and other issues that are out of our control (instructor injuries & illness, etc).

If you have an unlimited membership and you are a no-show or late cancel (less than 3 hours before class start) to a technique class or open workout, you will be charged a $20 or $10 fee, respectively, for each occurrence. This will automatically be charged to your card. If you cancel more than 3 hours or before the noted time required on the specific class, NO additional fees will be incurred.
